January 25th at the East Las Vegas Senior Center at the corner of Eastern and Stewart from 10am to 2pm.
January 31st at the Freedom Park Snack Shack at Washington and Pecos from 5pm to 8pm.
Please bring with you the players original birth certificate, 3 proofs of residency and $135 to sign up!!!
Don't delay, 3 sign up dates have past and tryouts are February 8th and 15th.
The season is right around the corner and we are looking forward to som BIG changes this season!!!

The Las Vegas Baseball Academy is looking for players for the 2014 season. We currently need players for 8u to 12u.

LV Rebels 8u Baseball Team Open Tryouts

The LV Rebels 12U coaching staff is putting together a new 8U team and will be holding open tryouts on Sunday, January 26th, at Sunset Park (Field #5), from 9-11 a.m. The LV Rebels will be looking for competitive and committed players to fill the roster.
The 12U Rebels team has been ranked in the top 15 in the nation since 10U, and we have plans to build another successful travel team to follow in the same model.

Cimarron-Memorial Jr Spartan Youth Football & Cheer Sign Ups

We are currently recruiting for the new Cimarron-Memorial Jr Spartan Jr football and cheer team for the fall of 2014 football season. We are proud to be a part of the third season of the Elite Youth Sports League.
We are a true feeder team of the high school and are looking to build for the future of Cimarron-Memorial High School both academically and athletically.
CMHS will have an Open House on Tuesday January 21,2014 at 6pm. It will start in the gym and then you will have a chance to walk the campus speak with the coaches/teachers, see the improved weight room and see what great programs are available for you once you join the Spartan family. Please come see what we have to offer regardless of your child's age or whether you are zoned for CMHS or not.
Pre registrations for the Jr Spartans begins February 1,2014 at www.eliteyouthsports.net for ages 6-14.
Why join the Jr Spartans?
CMHS FOOTBALL: Coach Parcells, the coaching staff and its players will be involved in overseeing the development of the JR Spartan program including: attending games/practices and clinics for both players and coaches. Meeting with the parents to share the vision for the program and creation of the JR Spartan website to closely monitor and share all important dates and activities. LOCATION: All practices, camps and at least 4 home games will be held at CMHS. COST: ONE TIME COST(TBD) Includes uniform, equipment rental, picture plaque and medal and NO additional cost at a later date like other leagues. PLAYING TIME: All Jr Spartans will play every game. CERTIFICTION: We are USA FOOTBALL CERTIFIED which is associated with the NFL to make the game as safe as possible through proper tackling techniques and coaching etiquette.

Cyclones Baseball Team Looking for Players

The Cyclones are a well-established and reputable organization with a competitive 11U team. We are seeking 1 – 2 pitchers/catchers with club ball experience, but will look at all inquiries. We are looking for skilled players that want to improve their already competitive game. Costs are held to a minimum and all money will be reinvested back into the program. We are a non-profit organization that will compete in local tournaments and travel. All calls and inquiries will be kept confidential. Peccole Little League 2nd Annual Fundraiser Skills Clinic at Red Ridge Park

Peccole Little League will be hosting our 2nd Annual Fundraiser Skills Clinic at Red Ridge Park (9135 W Maule Ave, Las Vegas, Nevada 89148) on Saturday January 25, 2014 from 11am-2pm. It is open to all ages. Peccole coaches and alumni will be going over running bases, throwing, catching and hitting. This is great preparation for the upcoming season and player evaluations.
Fee is $55 per player, all funds go back to the league for new equipment, and other league expenses. Registration is now open online.

Online registration is now open. Online registration will be open through January 25, 2014.
Below are some important information and dates regarding the upcoming season.
First, all applicants MUST fill out an online application. You may pay with cash or check at our in-person sign ups in January if you prefer, however you are required to fill out the application online first. We will NO longer have manual applications.
Divisions by age and their respective fees are as follows:
T-Ball - League Age 4yr - 5yr old - $100.
A/Rookie Coach Pitch Division - League Age 6yr - 8yr old - $165.
AA Division - League Age 8yr - 10yr old - $175.
AAA Division - League Age 9yr - 11yr old - $175.
Major Division - League Age 9yr - 12yr old - $185.
Junior Division - League Age 13yr - 15yr old - $185.
Your child's league age is their age as of April 30, 2014.
We are offering a $25 sibling discount per player; you need to select that option in the fee section of the application for each sibling when processing online.
Please note we will charge a $15 processing fee for any and all refund requests.
We will have 2 in-person registration events for applicants wanting to pay by cash or check. All credit card payments must be processed online.
The first will be Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Red Ridge Park from 11am-3pm. Board members will be on hand to help answer questions regarding registration, divisions, player evaluation, team assignments, the draft, etc. Please bring your printed out online form with you if paying by cash or check. We will have computers on hand to assist you with the application if needed if you are unable to complete the application online. Again we will NOT have manual applications this season.
The second in-person registration will be Wednesday, January 15, 2014 5pm-9pm; Custom Built Pizza
There are 2 dates set for player evaluations.
Wednesday, February 5, 2014 for AA, AAA & Majors; Times will be posted in January.
Saturday, February 8, 2014 for A, AA, AAA, Majors & Juniors; Times will be posted in January.
All divisions from A through Juniors will be required to participate in their age division player evaluation.
Registration is now open our second annual Skills Clinic Fundraiser to be held on Saturday, January 25, 2014. This fundraising event will be open to all age groups.
Mark your calendars, this seasons opening day will be held on Saturday March 22, 2014.

Summerlin North Little League Taking Applications for 2014 Spring Managers

Believe it or not, the Summerlin North Little League 2014 Spring Season is just around the corner and planning is already underway. Dedicated managers (head coaches) set the tone for any successful season. As a parent, managing a team can be one of the most rewarding experiences. This year, SNLL has dedicated even more resources to further develop our managers and coaches.
Applications for team managers are now being accepted in all divisions but are particularly needed for T-Ball and A-Division. Applications should be emailed directly to coaching coordinator Joe Ayson at joeayson@gmail.com.

Registration for the Summerlin North Little League 2014 Spring Season is Now Open. Early Bird Pricing Until January 15th.

Summerlin North Little League is currently registering boys and girls ages 4-16 for the 2014 SNLL Spring baseball season. Online registration is now open through February 1st at the link below. In addition, there will be three in-person registration dates at the Trails Community Center (1910 Spring Gate Lane):
Jan. 11 11 a.m. to 2 p.m
Jan. 18 9:30 a.m. to noon
Jan. 22 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Team practices start in mid-February. Regular season games start in mid-March. The season concludes with post-season tournaments in mid-May. LITTLE LEAGUE HAS PUT IN PLACE A NEW BOUNDARY RULE. IF THE PLAYER ATTENDS SCHOOL IN THE BOUNDARIES OF A DIFFERENT LITTLE LEAGUE OTHER THAN WHERE THEY LIVE, THEY CAN PLAY FOR EITHER LITTLE LEAGUE. THE PLAYER MUST HAVE BEEN ATTENDING THE SCHOOL PRIOR TO OCT 1ST 2013. IN ORDER TO USE THIS NEW RULE AND BE ELIGIBLE FOR ALL STAR SELECTIONS, YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW PROOF OF WHY THE PLAYER GOES TO THAT SCHOOL (I.E. 3 PROOFS OF RESIDENCY IN THE SCHOOLS ZONE, ZONING VARIANCE WAIVER, MAGNET SCHOOL) AS WELL AS A PROGRESS REPORT/LETTER FROM THE SCHOOL STATING THAT THE CHILD IS ATTENDING AND HAS BEEN ATTENDING THE SCHOOL SINCE PRIOR TO OCT 1ST 2013.
