Support Those Who Support Them - Spring Valley GrizzliesStudents (past and present) from Spring Valley HS, Clark County Firefighters, friends, & family joined in a prayer vigil for Anne-Monique Lippitt on Sunday October 21st at UMC. Anne-Monique, who graduated from Spring Valley in 2010, was involved in the horrific accident on the Black Ridge of I-15, near Leeds, Utah on Oct. 12, 2012. She has been in a coma the entire time and is currently fighting off an infection at the moment. Last week they needed to remove a part of her skull due to swelling of the brain.

"Anne was instrumental in starting the Spring Valley HS Blue Crew (their spirit/pride group) back up" stated Lynn Henkel Dilloo. "This young lady has touched so many people. She always went out if her way to make people know she cared. She has brought our Grizzly community closer. It is only right for us to give back to her. I'm honored to be a part of it."

Support Those Who Support Them - Spring Valley GrizzliesSpring Valley fans showed true Grizzly Pride, as $182 was raised for Anne from roses that were donated by My Angels Touch/1800flower shoppe and sold at the Spring Valley Home Coming/Senior Night game on Friday October 19th. Melissa Finnan who had a face painting booth set up at Homecoming also raised just over $150.

Lynn has provided us with links to her get well page and pictures from her vigil and their Homecoming game where they collected donations. We have placed some of these photos in our Vegas Teamz Care section.

A trust has been set up for Anne-Monique at Wells Fargo Bank under Acct# 3447129820.
