When sponsoring this program you are helping to:
- Provide Up to 12 Unique Free Sports Clinics for Underprivilged and At-Risk Youth
- Provide Equipment and Locations for each clinic
- Provide Training & Certification for Instructors
- Provide Drinks, Snacks and/or Lunches for the participants
- Provide awards for skills challenges
- Much More!
We offer you the most exposure for your dollar! Instead of sponsoring just one youth related event you’ll be helping over a dozen! All terms are for 12 months with a 12 clinic minimum which means if we don’t fit at least 12 clinics within that 12 month period your sponsorship term will be extended past 12 months until we reach that number. It also means if we do more than 12 clinics in a 12 month period you will be included in every single one until the end of your term.
It doesn’t just stop there… We will extend your sponsorship even further to include “Special” clinics that may be held outside of the downtown area. These clinics may include clinics we put on in conjunction with local professional or collegiate teams like the LV Blackjacks (Rugby,) LV Wranglers (Hockey) or the LV 51’s (Baseball)! Clinics like these may include a special sponsorship opportunity to provide some or all of the participants with free tickets to one of their games. You will have first choice before we ask for outside help.
Main Sponsor

- Large Logo/Name on All Visual & Audio Marketing in relation to each clinic;
- Logo/Name included in a video made from each clinic. Including at the beginning and conclusion. Posted to our website, YouTube and our social networks. If available, posted to your social pages/profiles. Your banner featured throughout the video;
- Logo/Name Placement on all photos from each clinic. Posted to our website and social networks. If available, your social pages/profiles “tagged” in a small group of photos posted via our social networks;
- Large Logo/Name placement on marketing materials placed throughout the valley at stores, schools, community organizations and on our table at every community outreach or community event where we have a table set-up;
- Prime booth location at/near main entry or registration table for sponsor. Can be used for advertising, product placement and/or giveaways;

Skills Competition Sponsor
Total Available: 1 Amount: $5,000 Length: 12 Months

- Name printed on Twenty Each: 1st Place Trophies, 2nd Place Medals, 3rd Place Certificates at each clinic;
- Logo/Name located on Free Sports Clinic Section on our website w/ link to website, Facebook page, etc…
- 3’x6’ Banner with logo at each clinic, included in photo of all winners posted to website and social networks;
- Logo/Name and Banner included in video segments of the competitions from each clinic. Posted to our website, YouTube and our social networks. If available, posted to your social pages/profiles;
- Small logo/name placement on marketing materials placed throughout the valley at stores, schools, community organizations and on our table at every community outreach or community event where we have a table set-up;
- Name included in all social media posts regarding the skills competition portion of clinics. “Tagged” to your profile/page if option is available;

- Logo/Name located on Free Youth Sports Clinic Program Section on our website w/ link to website, Facebook page, etc…
- Your banner in the background of a photo taken during every clinic. Photo posted on the clinics webpage and our social pages/profiles. We will also “tag” your company in every photo related to the clinics in which your banner is featured. Note: your profile/page settings must be set to allow for such options…
- Small logo/name placement on marketing materials placed throughout the valley at stores, schools, community organizations and on our table at every community outreach or community event where we have a table set-up;
- Name included in a video made from each clinic. Posted to our website, YouTube and our social networks. If available, posted to your social pages/profiles. Your banner featured at least once throughout the video;

General Sponsors
Total Available: Unlimited Amount: Varies - $300 Min. Length: Varies
General Sponsors will be used for giveaways, prizes and much more. This can be in the form of Monetary or In-Kind contributions. Anything that can help make it a worthwhile visit for parents and their kids to come to our clinics. It can be geared towards the kids and/or their parents. This can include tickets to shows, special events, restaurants, activities, merchandise, snacks, water and more….
At no-time will your contribution be used for any “paid” raffles or silent auctions. The goal is to draw people to each clinic without any related costs. In return we will post special updates on the Clinic website page, Clinic E-Mail Blasts and all social networks thanking you for your contribution.
