Cheyenne Little League Last Chance Spring Registrations

Remaining Spring Registration Dates:

January 20 @ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

All signups are at Seastrand Fields

Forms Needed (available in the Handouts section):

  • 3 Copies of a registration form per Player
  • 1 Medical Form per Player
  • 1 ParentCode of Conduct

Also need 3 proofs of Residency and a copy of the players Birth Certificate to prove age.

Pricing for 2016 Spring Season:

  • $190 Majors \ Juniors \ AAA

  • $110 T-Ball
